There are many styles of yoga I am formaly trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin. With over 900 hours of training and having studied in India, Nepal, China, and Tebit.  I am well versed in teaching many styles of yoga. I also bring a strong earth energy along when I teach. With an emphasis on healing the body and expressing the soul. Come try yoga in a different light and enjoy more space in your mind and body.
